Anything that is being organised by an Association member. Reunions, golf meets, coffee mornings, anything that involves Association members
I'm not selling tickets but would like people to register for the event is this possible?
Yes you can have "Free" tickets
What methods of payment be used?
Events could have the following payment options
- Cash on the day
- Bank transfer
- Cheque
- 3rd party facilities ie PayPay, Stripe etc.

The 75th Anniversary Commemorative Lunch for the Battle of the Imjin River is scheduled to take place at Taunton Rugby Football Club, Veritas Park, Hyde Lane, Bathpool, Taunton, Somerset, TA2 8BU on Sunday, the 10th of May 2026 at 1200hrs for 1245hrs.
This later-than-usual date is to avoid clashing with other national and international events taking place in April.
We hope to make this the best ever Imjin Lunch event, befitting this 75th Anniversary, and we are planning special activities to mark this historic milestone.

Band, Drums and Friends Reunion 2026
The Reunion of the Band, Drums and Friends will take place on Saturday 3rd October 2026 at Upper Lounge, Wotton Hall Club, 138 Barnwood Road, Barnwood, Gloucester, GL4 3JS (this is opposite the entrance to Walls Club) from 19:30 to 23:30 hrs. The cost of the evening is £12pp; donations in support of the less well off would be greatly appreciated.

The Annual opening of the Field of Remembrance will take place at Westminster Abbey on Thursday 5th November 2026 and anyone wishing to attend should register for tickets. There is no guarantee of a place as the Royal British Legion does not make an allocation until closer to the date. However, if you register early it allows the Association to justify the number of tickets requested’
