The annual Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph on Whitehall in London, organised by The Royal British Legion, will be held on Sunday 10 November this year. The Association normally receives 30 places for those wishing to march on the parade. It is always a great event, combining national significance with the opportunity to meet up with regimental friends both old and new. Members are invited to bid to attend this years Service by getting in touch with the Association Secretary, Major (Retd) Steven Bowkett at <thesecretary@rgbw-association.org.uk> or by telephone on 01367 240531). There is always plenty of demand for places so members are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
